Beacon is an independent acquisition platform operating with permanent capital and a long-term orientation. We do not raise capital on a cycle, manage a portfolio toward a liquidity event, or answer to outside investors with defined return expectations. As owner-operators, when we acquire a business we intend to hold it indefinitely — operating it, investing in it, and protecting what the founder built.
